Custom Design Info

Thank you so much for asking me to create for you, I really appreciate it! 💚 Custom designs are completed after your product is bought.

You’ll be able to upload your design idea right into the order.

At this time while the site is being switched up you can either send a message in the green chat circle at the bottom of the page OR

Currently there is no charge for “Simple” Custom Orders. Inked Mama reserves the right to charge for any custom designs, but all fees will be discussed before anything is designed or printed. INKED MAMA DOES NOT DO ANY LICENSED, TRADEMARKED OR COPYRIGHT DESIGNS. THIS INCLUDES MANY MAJOR BRANDS LIKE DISNEY, SPORT TEAMS, BEVERAGE COMPANIES. if you are unsure if your design idea is allowed, send us your idea and we will let you know! Inked Mama reserves the right to decline any custom design request. If we are unable to complete your design, you will be refunded.

Design approval process: You will receive a “mockup” design (a digital example). This is just a starting point, we want you to love your design, so changes are okay! However you will only be allowed 3 mock-ups changes. Once you have approved your design, no changes, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed. Please note the color settings on devices can vary, so your actual product may be different in colors from your mockup.
