Within 3-5 BUSINESS days you will recieve either a message with clarification questions or a quote for your design request. If you approve the quote, you will be invoiced - No custom work will be completed until the invoice is paid. Your digital design will be finised wihtin 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS after invoice is paid. *

Approval process for digital designs: Once we are to the designing part aka the fun stuff, you will recieve a mockup design from Inked Mama. Think of this as a starting place. Your vision may be different than Inked Mama's and thats ok, but its YOUR design and you gotta LOVE IT! So within the design process you will be alloted 3 revisions to your design. Once the final mockup is approved, the revisons as final. There are NO REFUNDS for a design that has been approved by you. *

I understand the mockup process & that I will receive 3 revisions prior to final approval.

Digital Design Delivery: After the design is finished you will recieve a dropbox link to download and save. Design will be a PNG file with a transparent background unless requested otherwise. Designs are NOT vectorized. *

Inked Mama does not do any licensed, trademarked or copyright designs. This includes many major brands like Disney, sport teams and so much more. However we can create “inspired designs” within certain boundaries. *
