Inked Mama is here to cheer you on, engage on your posts and reply to comments to help feed that algo monster within your business groups with our "HYPE SQUAD" services. 

With purchasing this service you understand the following: 

*THIS IS A MONTH TO MONTH SERVICE. You will be asked the last week of the month, if you would like to re-purchase. If you do not re-purchase by the last day of the month, you will be removed from the squad and your spot will be open for another business. There is NEVER any hard feelings if you do not re-purchase, you do whats best for your business and we are honored to be here with you as long as you need! <3 

*Inked Mama works fast and loves to sprinkle in 'little bonuses' all the time. You just may find we do even more than these things for this service, but there is no guarantee. 

*This service is for ONE BUSINESS/GROUP. If you have more than one business/group, you would need to purchase more than one of this service.

*There is no guarantee on the level of engagement + results from purchasing this service. Your own group success is highly dependent on yourself and how active you are. 

*Inked Mama is your cheerleader, not your full Virtual Assistant. This listing does not include things like, website services (product listings, facelifts, order processing, invoices etc). 

*"Light" commenting means, we will check in daily on your posts and comment to boost posts, reply to comments in a fun and light hearted way. It does NOT mean, we will respond and comment on every single post. But we will always do our best! 

*"Hype Squad" exclusive graphics/covers will be used for any business within the hype squad, but will be include YOUR business name/info. They will be fun engagement graphics, sometimes related to your business or products, but not always. These are meant as another fun way to get people commenting! These will not be available to purchase by any other customers outside of the hype squad. 

*"Just for fun" posts will be random and will have nothing to do with sales, specials or anything 'buying' related. This is one of the most important things you can do within your group, get people talking with no pressure of being 'sold to'. These will be 'fun' little questions to get people talking. Such as: What is in your to be reading pile?

*"Hype Post" will be done once a week. We will connect on anything you need a little extra 'hype' on such as weekly drops, specials, shop updates etc. You will need to work with me on this one, because its your time to shine and highlight something a little extra special!

*"Hype Squad Chat" there will be an option to be included in our 'chat' there is no requirement of this. it will just be a place for me to make quick reminders, announcements as well as a place for you to network and also 'hype' each other.

*Weekends + holidays may be a 'lighter' interaction as Inked Mama needs time with family and to reset as well. We will still 'check in' but do not expect the same level of interaction every weekend or holidays.

*Inked Mama will join your group (obviously) and will require post approvals to be turned on for me to post. It is best to add us as a moderator to best serve your group, but is not a requirement at this time.

*Inked Mama does not know all your shop policies, prices and how you want to operate your business. We will get to know each other, but we are not in your group to fully answer every question your customers may have. We will tag you or screenshot any comments/questions we see that you may need to address yourself. 

*Posts will ONLY be made within your group. We will not be sharing or posting for you in any other groups. This is for many reasons and we can explain it if you need further explanation. However we will tag you and your group IF we see an ISO that we think you would be a great fit for, but this is not expectation, but a bonus to being in the 'squad'. 

Inked Mama reserves the right to cancel your status in our 'hype squad' at anytime. Protecting our own peace is very important. If we find it is to difficult to work with you or that you are not responding or supplying items we need quickly, we may cancel your status. We also have the right to deny anyone for this squad. We will not provide services to people who sell the exact same things we do, as for conflict of interest, if you have questions on this, please ask. If you are found to be copying anything from Inked Mama (or any other businesses) or 'drawing inspiration' from our graphics, products or services, we will cancel your month with no refunds. We do not want to associate our business with anyone who is 'harmful' to the energy of our small business world.
